At Kathmandu NZ, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your online account to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and swing tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any New Zealand Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
